The Terro Ant & Roach bait offers two effective solutions in a single, convenient station, eliminating the need for multiple products. The slender profile and sturdy design make this bait station ideal for placement along baseboards, in corners, on counters, under and behind appliances, on windowsills, and near garbage cans. For your convenience, each of the 4 bait stations comes pre-filled and ready to use, and the stay-fresh tab will keep the liquid bait fresh until opened.
When it's time to use the bait, simply break off the tab and place it where insects are numerous. As a bait product, you may initially see more insects as they are attracted to the stations. However, once the bait is consumed, the insect populations will begin to decline.
The liquid bait in the top portion of the trap is specifically designed to allow worker ants to consume the product, survive long enough to carry the liquid back to the nest, and deliver a dose to the rest of the colony. Ants enter the trap, consume the liquid ant bait, and return to the nest, where they pass on the bait to the rest of the colony. The active ingredient in the bait slowly interferes with the ants' digestive systems, eventually killing them.
The paste bait, located in the base of the trap, contains protein to attract and kill roaches, silverfish, and non-sweet-eating ants. Insects can access the bait through 3 different entry points, and after consuming the bait, they will slowly die.
The sweet liquid bait attracts and kills the ants you see and the ones you don't. Worker ants carry and deliver a lethal dose to the rest of the colony. The protein-based paste bait attracts and kills roaches, ants, and silverfish. The stay-fresh twist tab keeps the liquid bait fresh until opened, making it convenient to use along baseboards, on countertops, inside cabinets, or under appliances.
